Ipswich have decided to release defender Dan Harding.

The 25-year-old is out of contract at the end of next month and has been told he will not be offered a new deal.

Harding, who signed from Leeds in August 2006, made just one appearance for Town this season and spent time out on loan at Southend and Reading.

He is the ninth player to be released by new manager Roy Keane since he took over last month.
