Coventry manager Chris Coleman has been fined by the Football Association and warned about his future conduct.
Coleman was ordered to pay £2,500 after an independent regulatory commission ruled that he was guilty of improper conduct and/or bringing the game into disrepute.
The charge related to media comments Coleman made about referee Steve Bennett following his side's FA Cup sixth round defeat to Chelsea at the Ricoh Arena on March 7. However, £2,000 of the fine is suspended until the end of the 2009-10 season, pending any further breaches of the same rule.
