Roberto Martinez insists he wants Owain Tudur Jones to remain at Swansea but admits the midfielder's future lies very much in his own hands.
Tudur Jones, 24, spent the latter half of last season on loan at Swindon having fallen down the pecking order at the Liberty Stadium, making just 14 appearances in all competitions between August and March.
Martinez told BBC Sport Wales: "I'm sure there are teams interested in Owain, we're speaking to his agent and want him to stay but what the player wants to do will be key."
He added: "Owain's with the Wales squad at the moment so his focus is there."
The Wales midfielder impressed during his 11-match stint at the County Ground, helping the club avoid relegation from League One.
Robins boss Danny Wilson is among a host of admirers keen to secure Tudur Jones' services should he opt to turn down a contract offer from Swansea and leave south Wales.
