The NBA Playoffs always provide incredible clutch moments, from Michael Jordan's flu game to Magic Johnson playing center to everything Bill Russell ever did in the postseason. This year's playoffs have been no different, as fans have already been treated to some amazing all-around performances and a couple of game-winning buzzer-beaters.It's only the first round, but several players have already made their presence felt in the biggest moments for their teams. With more outstanding performances sure to follow in the coming rounds, it's important to appreciate the incredible efforts we've already seen this year. So, that said, let's take a look at the five players who have been the best in the clutch so far this postseason:

5. Isaiah Thomas, Boston Celtics

Though IT's heart is still heavy following the tragic death of his sister, he's mostly back to his regular-season self on the court.

Rallying behind the support of his teammates, Thomas has once again been Mr. Fourth Quarter for the resurgent Celtics, who have overcome a 2-0 deficit in their first-round series against the Chicago Bulls and now hold a 3-2 lead in the best-of-seven matchup.

Though he hasn't been able to shoot the three as well as Boston fans are used to seeing, he's made 23 of his 24 free throws the past two games and scored 11 points in the fourth quarter on Wednesday night to help the Celtics take care of the Bulls.

Three of Thomas's fourth-quarter points in Game 5 came on this acrobatic layup and ensuing free throw:

Once he gets his three-point stroke back, he'll be even more difficult for the Bulls to stop.

4. Steph Curry, Golden State Warriors

Curry would be higher on this list based on his strong play so far this postseason, but the Warriors weren't tested that much by their first-round opponents.

In a four-game sweep of the Portland Trail Blazers, though, Curry looked like the all-time great he is, dropping a game-high 37 points in only 30 minutes of court time during a Game 4 rout on Monday night.

What's been most impressive about Curry's playoff performance thus far has been his efficiency. In only 33.8 minutes per game, he's averaging 29.8 points and is shooting 45.1 percent from the floor (42.2 percent from three-point range).

Other teams down the road will challenge the Warriors more than the Blazers did, but with Curry playing the way he is, Golden State should be able to handle any clutch situation that comes its way.

3. LeBron James, Cleveland Cavaliers

While Curry was able to snag some well-deserved rest during some of Golden State's blowout victories over Portland, the Cavaliers have needed every minute they could squeeze out of LeBron.

When the Cavaliers were trailing by 25 going into halftime of Game 3 against the Indiana Pacers, many fans assumed Cleveland was just going to take a loss and try to regroup for Game 4.

LeBron James had different plans, though. Even as Kyrie Irving and Kevin Love sat during the fourth quarter, King James willed the Cavs back into the game.

In the aftermath of the biggest second-half comeback in NBA playoff history, James finished with 41 points, 13 rebounds and 12 assists as the Cavs earned a 119-114 victory en route to a four-game sweep of the Pacers.

Whether he can continue making 54.3 percent of his shots (and 45 percent of his threes) while playing more than 43 minutes a game as the playoffs continue remains to be seen, but it would be unwise to bet against the King.

2. Joe Johnson, Utah Jazz

Despite averaging fewer than 10 points per game for the first time since the 2002-03 season, the 35-year-old Johnson has turned back the clock this postseason, kicking off Utah's first-round playoff series against the Los Angeles Clippers with this game-winning floater:

A guy who has never been afraid to have the ball in his hands when it matters most, Johnson scored 21 points in the Game 1 victory and backed it up with a 28-point performance in Game 4 as the Jazz evened the series at two games apiece.

Then, in Game 5, Johnson scored five points in the last three minutes of a 96-92 victory (during which he scored 14 total points) that gave the Jazz a 3-2 series advantage.

Johnson doesn't have the overall numbers that the other players on this list have, as he comes off the bench for Utah. But, for a young squad that doesn't have much playoff experience, Johnson has taken on a leadership role for the Jazz and has proven he still has a lot left in his tank - especially with the game on the line.

1. Kawhi Leonard, San Antonio Spurs

As one Redditor pointed out after the Spurs' 116-103 Game 5 victory over the Memphis Grizzlies, Leonard has been unstoppable in the fourth quarter this series.

The quiet superstar has been playing well no matter the situation - as his 28 points and six assists from Tuesday night prove - but he's been even better when the game has been on the line.

In the 34 fourth-quarter minutes he's played over the course of five games, he's hit 15 of his 22 shots and has gone 5-for-6 from behind the three-point line.

With the Spurs looking to close out the Grizzlies in Memphis on Thursday night, it's safe to say Leonard's performance will be the key to the game.
