Wednesday's second Champions League semi-final saw a contrast of styles between Monaco and Juventus.Being one of the most free-scoring sides in Europe and the hosts, there was pressure for Monaco to grab an advantage to take to Turin next week. However, as Barcelona will tell you, scoring past Gianluigi Buffon is extremely difficult this season.Nevertheless, the two teams certainly didn't let us down with an entertaining first 45 minutes. In fact, arguably one of the funniest moments of the season actually came quite early on in the tie.During one of the opening exchanges, Paulo Dybala latched onto a poor pass from Fabinho on the halfway line to launch a dangerous counter-attack.After going past three men with apparent ease, Dybala spotted his strike partner Gonzalo Higuain lurking around the edge of the box.Admittedly, Dybala's pass was a little behind his fellow Argentine but everyone was still expecting Higuain to gather possession. But no. Hilariously the former Napoli and Real Madrid striker managed to trip himself up under no pressure whatsoever. As you can see below, it really wasn't one of the 29-year-old's finest moments. It completely undid all of Dybala's hard work and Monaco were able to recover. And Twitter was in absolute stitches at Higuain's embarrassing mishap. Here are the best tweets:

After that early scare, the French side actually created the better chances through Kylian Mbappe and Radamel Falcao but Buffon was equal to them.

Fortunately for Higuain, he managed to salvage some pride by capping off a brilliant team move in the 29th minute to hand Juve a precious lead.
