Brentford have completed the signing of winger Cleveland Taylor from League One rivals Carlisle for an undisclosed fee.

The 25-year-old Jamaican has agreed a two-year deal at Griffin Park to become the Bees' 12th signing since the end of last season.

Brentford boss Andy Scott, who guided his side to victory at Brunton Park last weekend, said: "I have been tracking Cleveland for a year and those who were at Carlisle on Saturday will have seen the attributes he can bring to the club."

He added: "We have a lot more pace, power and energy about us this year and the signing of Cleveland gives us even more healthy competition for places."
