Manager Chris Coleman felt his Coventry side deserved better following the 1-1 draw with Bristol City.
Nicky Maynard's 25-yard stunner cancelled out Leon Best's headed opener after a bright start from the Sky Blues.
"We have got a point but we feel we might have had three," said Coleman, who questioned whether Maynard's goal should have stood.
"Take nothing away from the strike. But we felt the referee should have blown up for handball twice in the build-up," he added.
The hosts had an effort disallowed which Coleman believes would have propelled them to victory.
"We were disappointed to have that second goal ruled out for offside because if we had gone in at half time 2-0 up, we probably would have gone on to win the game. But this has stopped a little run because we had lost two games in a row."
