Yeovil have signed striker Craig Davies on a one-month loan deal from Brighton.

The 23-year-old has failed to establish himself in manager Russell Slade's plans at the Withdean Stadium, making just one appearance this season as a substitute.

The former Oldham man will bolster Yeovil's strike-force in the absence of teenager Jon Obika, himself on loan from Tottenham, who is currently with England at the FIFA Under-20 World Cup in Egypt.

Davies goes straight into Terry Skiverton's squad for Saturday's visit of Brentford to Huish Park, but he will not be eligible to play when Yeovil and Brighton meet in League One next month.
