If only Carmelo Anthony could play for a team like this in the NBA, he would definitely get a championship ring before he retires from the game.

Keeping fit during the offseason, the New York Knicks star was recently spotted playing a pick-up game of basketball at UCLA with two other NBA stars.

Cleveland Cavaliers' Kyrie Irving and Minnesota Timberwolves Jimmy Butler were on the same court as the 10-time NBA All-Star during the game, and sure enough, they dominated the floor.

In the videos further down in this article, Anthony can be seen wearing the red-ish hoodie shirt, black shoes, and white socks. Irving is in gray with white and black shoes. It comes as no surprise that the two are awesome when they are on the same team.

Bulter, playing in the white shirt, can be seen dunking in the second video below as well. It's not surprising the three can play well together considering they won a gold medal together as part of Team USA at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio.

This is an indication of what could have been if Butler was traded to the Cavaliers as well as Anthony. That can't happen anymore for Butler though as he was traded to the Timberwolves by the Chicago Bulls this offseason. There's still a slight chance though that Melo could be a Cavalier by the start of the season.

The 10-time All-Star has agreed that he'll waive the no-trade clause in his contract, but only if one of two conditions are met. He's either traded to the Cavaliers or the Houston Rockets. If reports are to be believed, the most likely destination which he could be traded to at the moment is the Rockets, but that could change.

If the reports of the Knicks and the Rockets working on a trade fall through, then we very well could see Anthony lining up with Irving and LeBron James for the Cavaliers next season. If that does happen, by the looks of things, he shouldn't have too many problems adjusting himself to play alongside his new teammates, as he's already had plenty of practice.
