Andy Murray is tennis world number one, has three Major singles titles to his name, and is respected the world over.

It hasn’t stopped his older brother Jamie from pocking fun at him, though.

Jamie Murray, the current doubles world number one, has trolled his younger brother Andy in the most epic way on Instagram.

The lesser known Murray sibling was speaking to his new google home device when the four-time Wimbledon doubles champion asked: “Who is your favourite tennis player?’’

To which the device replied: ''All I'm saying is no-one ever remembers that Jamie Murray won a Grand Slam before Andy.''

Genius!

The 31-year-old Scot won his first doubles title in 2007 whilst playing alongside Jelena Jankovic in the mixed doubles tournament. Younger brother Andy won his first Grand Slam five years later by beating Novak Djokovic during the US Open in 2012.

Jamie won his second mixed doubles Wimbledon title earlier this month playing alongside Martina Hingis.

The pair beat Heather Watson and Henri Kontinen 6-4, 6-4, and his mother Judy Murray, who coached the brothers in their youth, said that she saw parallels between this triumph and 2007.

"I remember in 2007 his coach Louis Cayer saying to him that the key to mixed doubles is to keep your partner happy.

"The two of them - Jamie and Martina Hingis - they smiled the whole way through it in the same way he smiled the whole way through it with Jelena Jankovic all those years ago.

"It was an amazing way to finish the championships - the last match on Centre Court and huge crowd to see two Brits in the final."

You can watch Jamie savagely troll Andy in the video below.

It was 10 years on from Jamie winning the mixed doubles title the first time, pretty much as a rookie 21-year-old.

"It was a wonderful thing because, for any British player to win a title at Wimbledon, is the icing on your cake."
