Stoke have agreed to let Nathaniel Wedderburn and Tom Soares go out on loan.

England Under-19 international Wedderburn has joined Hereford United for a five-week period, while Soares has moved to Sheffield Wednesday for a month.

It takes the total number of Stoke players currently out on loan to 10, with five of them signed by South Yorkshire clubs in the Coca Cola Championship.

Andrew Davies and Richard Cresswell are currently at Sheffield United and Ryan Shotton and Carl Dickinson are at Barnsley.

It is the second time Wedderburn has gone out on loan at League Two level after playing nine games for Notts County last season.

Soares, 23, also had a spell on loan last season when he made 11 League appearances for Charlton Athletic in the Championship.
