Manager John Sheridan has no new injury concerns ahead of Chesterfield's match with Crewe as the Spireites look to maintain their 100% home record in the league.

However, they are still without long-term injury victims Gregor Robertson (broken leg) and Jamie Lowry (cruciate ligament), who are out for the rest of the season and Aaron Downes (cruciate ligament) who is not yet ready for first team action.

Loanees Davide Somma and Ian Morris are available for selection, and Scott Boden will hope he can force his way into the starting XI after impressing as a substitute in recent games.

Jack Lester will have to wait and see if he can keep his place in the side after he was substituted in the defeat at Bury, but remains the club's joint top scorer.

On-loan Leicester City defender Harry Worley is back in contention for Crewe.

The centre-half has not featured for the club since injuring his ankle in October but is now fully fit although he is likely to start from the bench having not played competitively for nearly two months.

John Brayford and Matthew Tootle both featured in the win at home to Burton and caretaker manager Dario Gradi may not wish to change a winning formula.

Midfielders Steven Schumacher and James Bailey were expected to be fit for this match against Chesterfield, but miss out once again having not recovered from respective calf and groin injuries.

They join Shaun Miller, who is also sidelined with a longer term groin problem.
