Dagenham & Redbridge manager John Still will have Wesley Thomas available again for the visit of promotion rivals Bury.

The striker has completed a three-match suspension following his red card in the 2-1 defeat to Rochdale last month.

Fellow striker Josh Scott, who has missed the last three games with a groin injury, has trained all week to put himself back in contention for a return.

Central midfielder Stuart Thurgood could also return to the side after recovering from a cold in time to play in Tuesday night's County Cup victory over Harlow.

The Daggers, who have failed to win any of their last four league matches, will be looking to improve their home form after going three games without a win at Victoria Road.

Bury boss Alan Knill looks set to be boosted by the return of Mike Jones.

The midfielder has missed the last two games because of a knee injury but should come into contention.

However, defender Ryan Cresswell, midfielder Damien Allen and strikers Andy Bishop, Tom Elliott and Danny Carlton all remain sidelined through injury.

Daniel Nardiello's loan spell at Gigg Lane expires after this weekend's game but Knill has admitted he would like the Blackpool striker to extend his stay.

Knill has been encouraged by his side's recent form and is confident they can last the distance in the race for promotion.

"If we continue to play as well as we are then will be in there," he said.
