Braun Strowman is respectable, to say the least.
Strowman has risen up the ranks in WWE in a short amount of time after making his main roster debut just a few short years ago as part of The Wyatt Family. He has learned as he goes to be a top Superstar.
It’s well known that WWE Chairman Vince McMahon is a fan of big men. Just look at who he has pushed in the past. Superstars like Hulk Hogan, Andre The Giant, Kevin Nash, Scott Hall, The Undertaker, Kane, The Big Show, and the list goes on and on.
In case you missed this week’s episode of Monday Night Raw in Omaha, NE at the CenturyLink Center, Braun Strowman defeated The Big Show in a Steel Cage match in the main event. After the match, Strowman power slammed Show through the cage, which part of it broke to close the show. The reason for this spot was to write Show off of television due to him undergoing hip surgery soon.
The former WWE Champion has truly been a staple of the sports entertainment company since he decided to join them in 1999 after getting his big break while under the WCW (World Championship Wrestling) banner. Strowman posted the following message on his personal Instagram account about his respect for the veteran:
"As if we didn't turn the whole worlds eyes on us the first two times. We gave u a third one of a kinda never to be seen again fight!!!!! We are the last of a dying breed I said it about our first two matches, and I'll say it about this one as well you will never see anything think like this anywhere in the world and may never see anything like it again!!!!! I tip my hat to you #BigShow you brought the fight to me every time and have pushed me to dig deeper and deeper to find a way to beat you and I thank you because you brought 100% of the monster out in me!!!!!!"
Strowman is set to challenge Brock Lesnar for the WWE Universal Title at the upcoming No Mercy PPV (pay-per-view) event later this month in Los Angeles, California at the Staples Center on the WWE Network.
