Cheltenham kids offered pro contracts

Cheltenham youngsters Kyle Haynes and Theo Lewis have both been offered professional terms.

The second-year scholarship players have progressed through the ranks from youth-team football.Lewis has become a regular member of the first-team squad, while Haynes was given his senior debut by former boss Martin Allen at the end of last season.

Caretaker boss John Schofield told the club's official website: "It is a big step for the football club as regards securing the future through the youngsters and our job now is to give them the chance to make further progress."

He added: "Both players have worked tirelessly and it's good to see them moving towards the next step on the ladder."

Meanwhile, the Robins have extended the loan of West Brom midfielder Joss Labadie for a second month.
