Last week, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers rolled over the Chicago Bears, and everyone thought this would be the season they make the playoffs for the first time since 2007. However, they were brought back down to earth in Week Three against the Minnesota Vikings. The Bucs had a terrible outing against the Vikings on Sunday, as they lost 34-17 at U.S. Bank Stadium, with quarterback Jameis Winston not having a very good outing at all against the NFC North team.Winston, now in his third season in the NFL, completed 28 of his 40 passing attempts for 328 yards, two touchdowns, and three costly interceptions. He also fumbled the ball twice on third downs, but he didn't lose any of them. However, the signs are showing he's still at risk of turning the ball over a lot. These are mistakes the Bucs are going to have to train Winston to get out of his system, otherwise, they're not going to be making the postseason this year in what is an already competitive NFC South division.Tampa's star wide receiver Mike Evans certainly wasn't happy with how his quarterback was performing on the field on Sunday against Minnesota, as he was targeted 12 times and caught the ball seven times for 67 yards and zero touchdowns, with his longest play of the game going for 17 yards.Evans already had a tough day as he was being covered by Vikings' top cornerback Xavier Rhodes throughout the game, so seeing Winston constantly turn the ball over was frustrating for him, and he made those feelings known when the two were on the sideline together during the game. The wide receiver was caught by the broadcast cameras talking with his quarterback on the sidelines for a little bit, before taking his frustrations out by kicking a water bottle and pushing over an ice tub. He then walked away with his helmet.

Evans has every right to be annoyed, as yesterday, Winston looked like the same quarterback from last year that would make unnecessary mistakes on the field that would eventually lead to a turnover.

The turnovers made it impossible for the Bucs to mount a comeback in this game, so it's vital Winston cuts down on these if the team is to make the playoffs this season. He needs to improve on his decision-making, and he has the capabilities to do so. If he doesn't though, frustrations from players like Evans might start to become more of a common sight on the Tampa sideline.
