Enzo Amore's time in the professional wrestling industry could be coming to an end soon.

Amore has been with the WWE since 2012 when he was discovered in a gym by Triple H's trainer, Joe DeFranco, in New Jersey. Amore made a compilation video of himself performing various workouts and cutting a promo and was signed by WWE soon after.

He was sent to WWE's developmental system in NXT where he was later paired up with seven-footer Big Cass and they formed one of the WWE Universe's most beloved tag teams. They were never able to win the titles on NXT or Monday Night RAW, which led to their demise soon after WrestleMania 33.

Multiple backstage attack angles on both Amore and Cass began going down on RAW with no attacker in sight. Eventually, RAW Commentator Corey Graves cracked the case with some backstage footage, showing Cass attacking Amore and setting his own attack up.

Cass would then fess up to attacking Amore before delivering a big boot to his skull to officially break their alliance off for good. Cass would unfortunately suffer an injury that will keep him sidelined for a few months, and Amore would make the transfer over to the Cruiserweight division.

Amore began cheating his way to the top in the Cruiserweight division by winning his matches via low blows and grabbing of the tights on roll-up pins. At No Mercy this past weekend Amore would hit a low blow on Neville to capture the WWE Cruiserweight Title, sparking an uproar from the entire 205 Live division.

His backstage heat in the WWE locker room has been well documented, and due to his poor relationship with WWE officials and some WWE Superstars, his time with the company could be coming to an end soon. Per a report from Dave Meltzer, Amore is looking to get into the rap game.

If he does break off into being a rapper, however, he won't be able to use the Enzo Amore name. WWE has a video up from a few months ago with music producers CFO$, who praised Amore for his rapping ability:

What are your thoughts on Amore possibly making the jump from wrestling to the rap world? Do you think he'd be successful as a rapper? Would you be happy to see Amore gone given how annoying he has become on WWE TV lately? Have YOUR say in the comments section below, and the fourth episode of GiveMeSport’s WWE podcast is here!
