QPR striker Heidar Helguson has rejoined Championship rivals Watford on loan until the end of the season.

The 32-year-old, who made over 150 appearances for the Hornets earlier in his career, scored five goals in 10 appearances during his initial loan spell at Vicarage Road this season.

Helguson has put pen to paper on a deal to keep him at Vicarage Road until June 30, but will be ineligible to play against parent club QPR when the two sides meet in February.
