N'Golo Kante's game ended in premature fashion as a worrying injury forced the midfielder to come off in the 34th-minute and he was replaced by Paris Saint-Germain's Adrien Rabiot.

Kante gets injured on France duty

In the absence of Manchester United's Paul Pogba, it was Matuidi and Bayern Munich newboy Corentin Tolisso who lined up alongside Chelsea's 26-year-old in the middle of the park.

Judging by the image below, it looks like Kante may have picked up a hamstring problem, and muscle injuries in general usually take anywhere between two to four weeks to heel properly.
