With England having already booked their place at the Russia World Cup after their 1-0 victory over Slovenia on Thursday, their match against Lithuania was a dead-rubber.Gareth Southgate used the opportunity to make plenty of changes, giving the likes of Harry Maguire, Michael Keane and Harry Winks a start as the Three Lions rounded off their World Cup qualifying campaign. While there were plenty of changes, Southgate still named Harry Kane, Marcus Rashford and Dele Alli in the starting XI. And it was, of course, Kane that opened the scoring from the penalty spot after Alli was brought down. But it was a moment of magic from Rashford in the first-half that caught the eye.The Manchester United wonderkid played the majority of the match of the right wing and completely embarrassed the Lithuania defenders. He got to the byline and produced a Cryuff-turn that sent one defender to the shops after he slid in. He was now in the penalty area and beat another opponent after dummying to shot. He then did shoot with his left foot, forcing the goalkeeper into a smart stop. While he couldn't finish it off, it was just beautiful skill.

After tearing up the Lithuanian defence, Rashford will now be focusing on a huge match at the weekend. His United side will travel to Anfield to take on Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool in a mouth-watering tie.

Liverpool’s dodgy back-four could be in for a tough afternoon with Rashford producing skills like this.
