Odell Beckham Jr is one of the best players in the entire NFL, putting up highlight-worthy plays every single time he steps out onto the field for the New York Giants.Unfortunately for Beckham, even when he played his Giants couldn't get a win for love nor many. Now he is likely out for the rest of the season, and the Giants will have to get their first win of the season without their star man. This is after the superstar wide receiver suffered a terrible-looking ankle injury in Sunday's game against the Los Angeles Chargers which may well keep him out for the rest of the NFL season...and we're only in October. With just a few minutes left in the game, and with the Giants leading, Beckham went up for a catch and got his foot caught underneath a Chargers defender as he came back down to the turf. That twisted Beckham's ankle to breaking point, with the talented wideout crumpling down in pain and leaving several Chargers players to call over to the sidelines in order to get OBJ some medical help out on the field. Here is a video of the Beckham injury. It isn't easy to watch...

Beckham was in obvious agony after the injury, openly crying as he was being taken off the field on a cart.

Early reports said Beckham was already headed immediately for surgery, but a new report from ESPN says that he is now getting a second opinion. One thing is for sure, we won't be seeing the star receiver for quite a while.

Beckham was the fourth Giants wide receiver to be injured against the Chargers. Brandon Marshall was carted off in the second quarter with an ankle injury just moments after Sterling Shepard limped off the field with another ankle problem.

Both Marshall and Shepard missed the second half while Dwayne Harris also left on a cart early in the third quarter with a fractured foot.

When it rains, it pours.
