IBF, IBO, and WBA heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua has found himself on the end of a stinging attack by American Deontay Wilder. The 31-year-old from Tuscaloosa said on his Twitter page: “Bro, like what the f*** Anthony Joshua? You're going to soon be ramming your jab down my throat?!“To be honest, this don't sound too good unless it's some next level ish.“I guess I'll have to son you and teach you how a champion supposed to talk — so when they hear you, they shall also feel you.“Next time I'd rather hear how you gonna knock my ass out.”Wilder’s latest attack comes as AJ announced that a bout against David Haye is highly likely following his title defence on October 28 in Cardiff against mandatory challenger Kubrat Pulvev. When asked about potential fights following Pulev later this month, the 27-year-old from Watford said: “We've got David Feathers (Haye) and Beyonce (Deontay) Wilder,“I had to do it.“All these guys talk about me all the time and it's negative, always negative, but sooner or later I'll be ramming my jab down their throat.“It's not a matter of if, it's just a matter of when it comes to the likes of David Haye and Deontay Wilder because there has been no era of boxing where heavyweights, middleweights, welterweights haven't come together.“We have to fight each other and that's just the way it's going to go.”Well, whoever comes next following Pulev for Anthony Joshua, it’s probably going to be going to be one hell of a show – that’s for sure.

According to Eddie Hearn, who is Joshua's promoter, it looks like the Brit will make his way through Pulev, before eyeing fights with Wilder and then Luis Ortiz.

This gives him a chance to win more heavyweight titles, which could then lead to a bout with Joseph Parker in the future.
