This week after SmackDown Live, more reference was given towards Daniel Bryan's future with the WWE thanks to something which happened during his segment on the show alongside Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens.During the segment, The Underdog of the Underground made reference to The King of Beards wrestling status in the WWE and the fact that he's no longer allowed to wrestle in the ring for the company.Zayn said: "I'm still an in-ring performer. Daniel Bryan, you're not anymore."It's surprising Zayn was allowed to say this on SmackDown this week, especially when you consider the recent rumors surrounding his future that have been circulating over the past couple of days.Recent speculation has suggested that once Bryan's contract with the WWE expires next year in September, he will look to receive medical clearance to wrestle elsewhere, most likely NJPW or ROH, as the company has already forced him to retire due to ongoing concussion issues. When asked to address the comment made by Zayn on SmackDown, the show's general manager gave a cryptic six-word response on his Twitter account. He said: "Some things are best left unsaid... 😎"

Does this mean Bryan is definitely leaving the WWE once his contract expires in September 2018 in order to wrestle elsewhere? Perhaps. At least that what the vast majority of fans that replied to his tweet think.

Bryan still has the ability to make big money from wrestling, but that's never been his main motive. He has always enjoyed wrestling no matter how much he earns, so if WWE is unable to provide him with a wrestling outlet, the chances are he will leave the company to find one.

However, now The King of Beards has a family to think of, he must take them into consideration before making any decision about his wrestling future, as one bad move, either by him or his opponent, could put him in a bad place medically once more.
