Survivor Series is going to be very interesting this year, as it seems WWE will be angling the pay-per-view (PPV) as a SmackDown Live vs. RAW program. Thus far on the confirmed card has each champion from each brand going head-to-head win one another. Some major plans are in place for the PPV, with a recent report emerging in which Vince McMahon is considering bringing back Stone Cold Steve Austin or The Rock to serve as a Special Guest Referee for Universal Champion Brock Lesnar and WWE Champion Jinder Mahal's one-on-one bout.If that isn't able to take place, however, then John Cena is expected to handle those duties to set up a feud with "The Modern Day Maharaja" down the road. Other exciting match-ups are expected to take place; including matches between the brands Tag Team, Women's, and Intercontinental-United States champions. In addition to these matches, both male and female RAW vs. SmackDown Elimination Multi-Man Tag Team matches will be taking place as per tradition. This past Monday the groundwork for that feud was setup when SmackDown Live Commissioner Shane McMahon invaded RAW with is team to attack the locker room.It was an epic segment in which stars such as The Shield (Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins), Elias, Apollo Crews, Titus O'Neil, Matt Hardy, and many more were victimized by the SmackDown team in their own locker rooms. After the attack fans were disappointed that RAW didn't retaliate on this past Tuesday's episode of SmackDown. If you're on that boat then don't be too disappointed, because per a report from WrestleVotes, RAW is expected to retaliate either next week or on the go-home show on November 7th:

Neither RAW or SmackDown's teams have been fully formed quite yet, however, if RAW decides to retaliate after the teams have been confirmed it should make for quite the interesting segment.

What are your thoughts on Team RAW planning to retaliate against Team SmackDown Live for their brutal assault this past Monday? What do you think the red brand has in store for its Tuesday night counterparts? And who will emerge victorious when it's all said and done from Survivor Series? Have YOUR say in the comments section below, and the fourth episode of GiveMeSport’s WWE podcast is here!
