It's been a wild past year for the WWE as several talents have decided to leave in favor of trying their hand in the indies.

Initially son of WWE Hall Of Famer Dusty Rhodes' son, Cody Rhodes, decided to walk out on WWE after being displeased with his place on the card as well as his character. He wanted to be taken more serious and drop his Goldust gimmick, thus prompting his decision to depart for the independent circuit.

Soon after former WWE World Heavyweight Champion Jack Swagger requested his release from WWE after not having been used in anything significant for months. Swagger's release was granted and he is now just getting fired up with bookings on the indies.

Most recently former Cruiserweight Title contenders Austin Aries and Neville decided to walk out on the company as well. Aries came first after growing frustrated with the creative direction of his character and is now working much happier on the indies.

Neville was fed up with the disrespect he was receiving after having his match left off of the WrestleMania 33 DVD as well as having to let Enzo Amore defeat him for the Cruiserweight Title. Soon after another rumor began indicating another WWE Superstar wanted out of the company, and a name nobody would've expected.

Nia Jax, cousin of future WWE Hall Of Famer The Rock, has reportedly had issues with the company as well and was granted a leave of absence.

Sports Illustrated reported that Jax received advise from her cousin, The Rock, to walk out on the WWE if she wasn't happy. Former WWE European Champion X-Pac (real name Sean Waltman), took to his podcast, X-Pac 12360, and claimed that he didn't believe the report (quotes via 411Mania):

"Rumor is that she called The Rock and that the Rock advised her to walk out- I cannot buy that, I absolutely don’t buy that Dwayne Johnson gave his cousin advice to walk out of the company. I don’t believe that for one second."

What are your thoughts on Waltman's comments regarding the rumor going around that The Rock advised his cousin, Nia Jax, to walk out from WWE if she isn't happy with her current situation? Do you agree with X-Pac that it's unlikely Jax received this advise from her cousin? And what do you think will end up happening with Jax? Have YOUR say in the comments section below, and the fourth episode of GiveMeSport’s WWE podcast is here!
