It appears that one Superstar may have undergone surgery this week.

That Superstar is R-Truth, who is currently placed on the Raw brand. He is a former one time United States Champion and a one time Tag Team Champion. Under the name, K-Kwik, he is a two time Hardcore Champion.

Although he has been used as a comedy character in recent years, between 2010 and 2011, he headlined five WWE pay-per-view events; three times in world title contention.

Killings also worked for Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA) from 2002 to 2007 as K-Krush and later Ron "The Truth" Killings where he won the NWA World Heavyweight Championship (which he held twice).

Also, while in TNA, he has also held the NWA World Tag Team Championship on two occasions and the TNA World Tag Team Championship once.

His first run in WWE was from 1999 - 2002. He re-signed with the WWE in 2008 and re-debuted on the SmackDown brand. Moving along, in the 2016 WWE Draft, R-Truth, along with Goldust, was drafted to Raw.

Since then, both R-Truth and Goldust have had several losses and victories. He has also done some commentary work for the sports entertainment company. If you recall, on the February 14, 2017 episode of WWE Main Event on Hulu, R-Truth joined the color commentary team by replacing Austin Aries.

On the May 15 episode of Raw, Goldust turned on R-Truth, ending The Golden Truth. Goldust later defeated R-Truth in a singles match. Now to his surgery, it seems that he is suffering from some sort of arm injury.

As of this writing, there’s no word yet on when the injury happened but it might have been during his match at the October 14th WWE live event in Regina, Saskatchewan when he lost to Elias in a singles match. It should be noted that WWE has yet to officially announce his injury or surgery.

He wrote the following on his post on Instagram, “Saw my dawg before my surgery. Big thanks to Greg @homegrownkickz for the new KICKS! I'm tellin y'all, he's the hook'up. Check him out!!”
