A former WWE Superstar has teased a potential return to the sports entertainment company.

That former star is Kelly Kelly. In 2006, while working as a model, she was scouted by WWE executive John Laurinaitis, who was interested in signing her to a contract.

This led to the company getting in touch with her modeling agency and invited her to their then-developmental territory, Ohio Valley Wrestling (OVW), for a tryout.

Even though she had no previous wrestling experience, she was offered a contract, which she signed in May 2006. In late 2007, she made an appearance in Florida Championship Wrestling (FCW), another developmental territory.

She made her WWE main roster debut on the ECW brand on the first episode of ECW on June 13, 2006, becoming the youngest Diva on the WWE roster at the age of 19. Her character was introduced performing a striptease for the crowd.

She made her in-ring debut for the brand on the August 22, 2006, episode of ECW on Sci-Fi. However, she lost as part of a six-person mixed tag team match which saw herself, Knox and Test lose to Dreamer, Sandman and Torrie Wilson.

This marked the last match of the feud. She joined Layla and Brooke to form Extreme Exposé in January of 2007. On November 1st, Brooke was released from her WWE contract. Thus, Extreme Exposé dissolved as a group, which left Kelly and Layla to enter an ongoing rivalry with more active wrestling roles.

On the October 29 episode of Raw, Kelly won a battle royal to earn a match against the WWE Women's Champion, Beth Phoenix.

At December to Dismember, Kelly and Knox took on Ariel and Kevin Thorn in a mixed tag team match. During the match, Knox refused to tag in before abandoning Kelly, leaving her to be beaten down by Ariel.

In 2011, Kelly went on to win her first Divas Championship by defeating Brie Bella. On September 28, 2012, she was released from her contract.

The former WWE Divas Champion recently spoke with E! News. During the interview, she said that she is open to returning to the ring.

"Like I tell everybody, there is no feeling like walking through that curtain and having the fans chant your name," Blank said. "That's a feeling unlike anything else. I always say, 'Never say never.' I'm only 30, and my body's still intact. I may have a few more matches in me. You never know!"
