An unhappy Chelsea fan has shared screenshots of an e-mail exchange he had with the club after missing the 3-0 defeat in Rome.
The Blues were outplayed by Roma in the Champions League on Tuesday night and now look likely to finish second in their group.
Antonio Conte's side have already been beaten three times in the Premier League this season - so the pressure is most definitely on when they host Manchester United on Sunday.
"Manchester City are already nine points ahead of us, Manchester United four and Tottenham one," Thibaut Courtois said.
"We must win games like these to remain at the top and close to the other ones. We will try to get the three points and will give our lives for it on Sunday."
Manchester United - playing Jose Mourinho's brand of football - have only lost one game in all competitions this season.
Mourinho won three Premier League titles as manager of Chelsea but was sacked for the second time in December 2015 after a dismal start to the season.
Chelsea fan's tweet blows up
At Chelsea, fans must amass points by attending games in order to continue receiving tickets for future games.
One supporter was forced to miss the trip to Rome this week after ending up in A&E - and he was immediately booted off the ticketing scheme.
He shared screenshots of his "disgraceful" exchange with Chelsea, which clearly showed the club refusing to help one of their loyal, paying customers.
The Chelsea fan has already booked flights to Azerbaijan for their final Champions League group game - but the club have shown him no sympathy whatsoever.
Conte's relationship with the Chelsea board is far from amicable and he'll be desperate for his players to get a positive result on Sunday afternoon.
“In this moment, you can see if you are winners or losers,” Conte said, the clearest challenge to his squad yet.
“After a defeat it is normal that we are not happy, it must be in this way. Otherwise it means we have a bad mentality. If we are happy after a defeat, it means we are not so clear to understand and to suffer. It's right to suffer. After a defeat like that, you have to suffer, if you have a good mentality.”
