Kenny Omega is without a doubt the most famous independent wrestling star in the world and the moment, and wrestling fans continue to speculate on whether or not he'll ever join the WWE's roster.Omega has been in the professional wrestling industry since 2001 when he began doing work for Premier Championship Wrestling (PCW). It's a little known fact that Omega did, in fact, spend some time with WWE for a year in 2005 when he was signed to a developmental deal with the promotion and was sent to Deep South Wrestling (DSW).After his stint with WWE ended Omega returned to PCW, who he still does work for today; before going on to work for various other promotions such as Pro Wrestling Syndicate (PWS), Jersey All Pro Wrestling, Ring of Honor (ROH), Dramatic Dream Team/DDT Pro-Wrestling, Pro Wrestling Guerrilla (PWG), and of course New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW).Today Omega is the top star over in NJPW and currently reigns as the IWGP United States Heavyweight Champion. He is currently scheduled to take on WWE legend Chris Jericho at Wrestle Kingdom 12 in January from the Tokyo Dome. For the past several weeks Omega and Jericho had been exchanging insults on Twitter, with many believing it to be legit heat, however, fans soon learned it was all a work as they were paired up for Wrestle Kingdom 12.Omega currently serves as the leader of The Bullet Club, which is regarded as the most famous faction in professional wrestling today. The Bullet Club has seen several of its leaders take off for WWE, as current WWE stars AJ Styles and Finn Balor are former leaders of the club.Recently Omega was asked about a possible jump over to WWE, however, it seems as though he would prefer to stay in Japan for the foreseeable future:'I'm staying (in New Japan). 100%. This is where wrestlers can be themselves and fight for themselves. I want to show how great a place it is.'

What are your thoughts on Omega saying that he wants to remain with NJPW for the foreseeable future? Do you think that his mind will change as his career goes on?
