WWE is planning a big return on television this week.

That big return will be Paige. The Former WWE Divas Champion started training at the WWE Performance Center in September in order to get cleared by doctors after undergoing neck surgery last year.

At the time it was reported that WWE officials had a storyline for Paige's return and that it will be for the SmackDown brand. When news leaked about Paige training once again, WWE sent out the following statement:

"Paige returns to the WWE Performance Center. Paige is on a journey to reclaim her house.

The former Divas Champion — unseen in a WWE ring for more than a year — revealed she has returned to the WWE Performance Center, presumably beginning her return to active competition in WWE.

Paige is a two-time Divas Champion and became the youngest Superstar to hold the title when she captured it during her Raw debut at the age of 21. If her return his imminent, as this post is leading many in the WWE Universe to believe, consider the women of Raw and SmackDown LIVE officially put on notice.”

However, those plans have changed as PWinsider.com is reporting that Paige is slated to return to WWE television on this week’s episode of Raw. If you recall, she had been originally drafted to Raw during the 2016 brand split but never actually appeared post-Draft.

The belief within the sports entertainment company is that Paige will somehow end up on the women’s Team Raw at Survivor Series. Keep in mind that Bayley vs. Mickie James vs. Dana Brooke has been announced to fill the position of the fifth competitor of Team Raw this Monday. It’s possible that WWE adds Paige to the match or WWE runs some other sort of angle to have Paige replace one of the members of the team.

Styles is slated to take on Brock Lesnar in the main event of the show. The Survivor Series pay-per-view event takes place on Sunday, November 19, 2017 in Houston, Texas at the Toyota Center and will air on the WWE Network and some traditional pay-per-view outlets. Both Raw and SmackDown brands will be featured.
