Marcus Rashford continues to impress wherever and whenever he plays.

The youngster only broke into the Manchester United first team two years ago, but he has progressed at a rapid rate ever since.

Known for his electric pace and fearless approach to the sport, Rashford has quickly established himself as one of the most talented young players in world football.

Despite having just turned 20-years-old, the Wythenshawe born man has already racked up over 89 appearances for his club, netting 26 goals in that time.

He is also already the golden boy of English football, and is set to start up front when England take on Brazil tonight.

RYAN GIGGS WOULD TAKE HIM OVER GABRIEL JESUS

Marcus Rashford and Gabriel Jesus are incredibly alike.

Both are 20-years-old, both play in forward positions, both play in Manchester, and both are considered to be the future of world football.

In the recent Golden Boy awards, it was Marcus Rashford who narrowly pipped his rival, with the Englishman finishing in third and the Brazilian in fourth.

And Ryan Giggs has claimed that although they are too extremely talented players, he would pick Rashford over Jesus for two reasons.

Speaking to Sky Sports, the Manchester United legend said: "They’re a bit different, Jesus has a better scoring record, but Marcus likes to match up with defenders and try something, which is what makes him great to watch.

"I’ve worked with Marcus and seen him at close hand and how much of a talent he is. However, it is his work rate and commitment which are really what makes him such a valuable asset for Manchester United.

"You wouldn’t swap him for any other young player right now. I’ve not seen Jesus in the same close-up environment, but he’s obviously shown from his performances he is a very talented player."

GARETH SOUTHGATE REVEALS HOW RASHFORD HAS SURPRISED EVERYONE IN ENGLAND TRAINING

And Gareth Southgate has revealed that Rashford has shocked everyone in training with his technique and finishing ability, making the coaching staff raise their eyebrows in amazement.

Southgate said: "He’ll score goals definitely. His technique and his finishing ability are tremendous.

"Quite often we look across at each other in training and raise our eyebrows at some of the things he does. He’s a very exciting player."

The England manager also claimed Rashford's mentality is what makes him such a special player.

Southgate continued: "It’s amazing really that he’s been a player who’s been able to dip under the radar as we think so much of him, not only his ability, but his mentality and his maturity.

"He’s a very exciting player, but very grounded, wants to improve all the time.

"For me he’s going to be a top player. He has all the attributes of the top players I’ve worked with, but he’s still only 20."
