Tyson Fury has never looked more motivated to get back into the boxing ring.

It's been two years since the 29-year-old's last fight, when he famously beat Wladimir Klitschko by unanimous decision in Dusseldorf, Germany.

Since then, Fury has battled with depression and rocketed from 17 stone to 25 stone, having lost his boxing license over a doping scandal.

But now he's back and there's only one man he wants to fight: Anthony Joshua.

Fury has a point to prove and he's determined to show to the boxing world that he remains one of the best - by beating the IBF, WBA and IBO world heavyweight champion.

It's all about losing weight for the Gypsy King at the moment and just last week he provided fans with a promising update.

According to Fury, who lost a stone over the summer, he's shed another nine pounds.

"Morning fight fans," he wrote on Twitter. "I've had another good sesh in the gym, you will be pleased to hear that I've shed another 9lbs. The weight is melting off.

"For all those people who said I couldn't lose the weight and fight again this must be sad for taste."

Fury is a man on a mission and now he's posted a video on Instagram of him training in the ring - and he's looking rather good.

In the footage below, Fury doesn't appear to have lost too much speed and his footwork remains on point. Check it out.

FURY BACK IN THE RING

Not bad for someone who currently weighs around 23 stone. Considering his size, Fury's speed has stunned boxing fans, as you can see in the below reaction.

BOXING FANS REACT

It isn't just Fury that wants a piece of AJ, of course, with Deontay Wilder and Joseph Parker both calling out the Brit recently, too.

But Fury just can't keep his nose out and to make things more interesting, he's prepared to wager £5,000 that Joshua would get KO'd by Parker if they fought.

He tweeted on Wednesday: "If Anthony Joshua fights Joseph Parker I will bet anybody in the world £5,000 cash that Parker will KO him?"

Perhaps someone should tell Fury to focus on his return rather than getting involved with Joshua's other potential opponents.
