It seems as thought there's still hope after all that former Cruiserweight Champion Neville could remain with the WWE.

Last month news broke that "The King Of The Cruiserweights" reportedly walked out on the company after growing frustrated. This came shortly after Neville dropped the Cruiserweight title to Enzo Amore. Neville had really shone through on WWE TV and was one of a few bright spots on 205 Live this year.

While releases have been given out to several Superstars this year, WWE would really like to retain Neville as he has yet to be released from the company. It's possible they can settle their differences as a recent report indicated that he was in positive talks with the company.

If WWE is able to bring back Neville than there would likely be some major changes for him creatively when he does make the return to TV. Let's speculate on what those changes possibly could be.

For one, it's been widely assumed that Neville is very unhappy being subjected to just the Cruiserweight division and feels he has more to offer the company. It's possible that the reason talks between the two sides have gone so well as of late is because WWE has agreed to move him out of the division.

One idea could be to move Neville over to SmackDown Live to form a new faction with Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn. This would be a breath of fresh air to the Tag Team Division, giving current stars The New Day and The Usos a new foe to rival with.

Another possibility is that Neville could, in fact, remain on the Cruiserweight Division roster. Neville's issues with WWE could strictly be financial as Cruiserweights don't see as much action as other WWE Superstars at Live Events, which definitely affects pay.

If WWE were to open up their checkbook to Neville a bit more, there's definitely a possibility they can keep him as the "King Of The Cruiserweights" by tossing more cash his way.

What are your thoughts on Neville possibly sticking with WWE after their recent issues? Do you think that he could be a top player for the United States, Intercontinental, or even World Titles down the road? Or will he ultimately decide to take off for the independent circuit? Have YOUR say in the comments section below, and the fourth episode of GiveMeSport’s WWE podcast is here!
