It's no exaggeration that Arsenal's display against Tottenham on Saturday was one of their finest since moving to the Emirates Stadium 11 years ago.Goals from Shkodran Mustafi and Alexis Sanchez in the opening 45 minutes secured a 2-0 victory in a disciplined and destructive display.Even defensively the Gunners were superb, with Harry Kane, Dele Alli and Christian Eriksen both enjoying very little success in the final third.Arsenal are still only sixth in the Premier League after the victory, but it showed they're capable of beating anyone when they put their minds to it.Just like last season when they tore apart Chelsea at the Emirates, and the season before that against Manchester United, Arsenal have the potential to be so much better. The Tottenham win also gave Arsenal fans reason to tune into Match of the Day for once, following what has been a frustrating start to the new season.Four defeats so far means the Gunners have often been slammed by Gary Lineker and Alan Shearer - but not this time.Arsenal vs Tottenham was the first game to be shown on Saturday night but within 30 seconds of the highlights reel, Gooners noticed something rather annoying.Despite having the better chances in both halves and controlling the game, MOTD's highlights were edited to make it out like Tottenham dominated and should have won. That was far from the case, of course, which Arsenal fans rightly pointed out while watching the football programme. Alan Shearer then made things even more confusing by saying Arsenal were the dominant side during the derby, in stark contrast to what MOTD's highlights suggested.

And as you can see in the below highlights reel, the home side definitely had more clear-cut opportunities and were rarely threatened.

ARSENAL 2-0 TOTTENHAM

Awkward. MOTD may have suggested Tottenham were the superior side, but Arsene Wenger was in no doubt who deserved to win.

Speaking in his post-match press conference, he said: "I think we played with purpose, good concentration, the desire always to be efficient and with great solidarity.

"From the first to last minute the quality of our concentration was very high. We never had a minute where you could feel we dropped out focus.

"Overall it was a very intense game when you look at the physical performance of the two teams its absolutely through the roof."
