Is there anyone who doesn't believe Kevin de Bruyne is the best player in the Premier League right now?The Belgian playmaker was at it again during Man City's 4-1 win over Tottenham in the Premier League on Saturday, scoring a rasping effort to extend the Cityzens' lead just minutes after suffering a horror tackle from Dele Alli.City extended their lead at the top of the Premier League to 14 points with Manchester United facing West Brom on Sunday and they have now scored 56 goals in 18 games.De Bruyne has been central to everything good about City this season and, understandably so, Pep Guardiola has been delighted with his main man."We are such a humble team, as you can see in the performance today from Kevin De Bruyne. You cannot imagine how well he plays with the ball, but you also see how he runs.However, after the former Chelsea man scored against Spurs, plenty of fans noticed his celebration.De Bruyne made a 2-1 gesture with his hands and the internet began speculating what he was actually getting at.Two prominent theories are:1. Aimed at Manchester United. Manchester City beat their great local rivals 2-1 last week in a hotly contested Manchester derby. There was also huge controversy after the match regarding a tunnel brawl - was De Bruyne getting another dig in?2. The 21-point gap over Spurs. The playmaker was angry about Alli’s tackle. The Belgian was showing how many points separate Manchester City to Tottenham in the Premier League with this win.However, Leroy Sane's post-match tweet seems to suggest it was a message to David Silva who missed the Spurs game due to 'personal reasons'.

Of course, Silva wears the No. 21 for City and while we don't know what his personal issues are, Sane's post with David Silva shirts appears to make it clear.
