Liverpool target Simon Kjaer has told potential bidders to make him an offer that can't be refused.

The Palermo centre back has been linked with a string of clubs over previous months, but Liverpool are thought to hold pole position if they wanted to make a move for the 20-year-old.

A Danish international with eight caps to his name already, Kjaer is seen as one of the hottest properties in Serir 'A' after joining the Rosanero from FC Midtjylland in 2008 for €4 million.

Since making his debut at the start of the 08/09 season, Kjaer has gone onto make over 50 league appearances and is now a regular first team player at Stadio Renzo Barbera.

Juventus, Manchester United and Manchester City have all previously been linked with a move, but he has previously admitted to being Liverpool-mad and would love a move to Anfield.

Compatriot Daniel Agger is also well settle in Merseyside, and could play a part in a possible move if Liverpool were to make an offer.

"It would take an offer to which you can't say no to arrive for me to leave here," said Kjaer.

"I am a regular for this team and I have the chance to play in some prestigious competitions with the pink and black jersey."

A fee in the region of €16 million will probably be needed to prize Kjaer away from Sicily.
