As WWE approaches WrestleMania season, more matches are going to be speculated and eventually booked for the company's biggest show of the year.

One match we have known for a while is the Universal Championship match between Brock Lesnar and Roman Reigns. Another match which many expected to be on the show is John Cena vs AJ Styles for the WWE title so that Cena can win his record-breaking 17th world title.

The Leader of the Cenation's way into this WWE Championship match at WrestleMania 34 in New Orleans would have been winning the Royal Rumble match, which takes place near the end of next month. However, if reports are to be believed, this is no longer happening.

According to Dave Meltzer in the latest edition of The Wrestling Observer Newsletter, via Wrestling Inc, Cena will not be facing Styles at WrestleMania 34 as he "is in a much bigger match than Styles." He also said while he doesn't know exactly who the opponent will be, he was told that the match will be clear within a few weeks.

Meltzer said that the only names he could think of that could possibly face Cena were The Undertaker, Batista, Goldberg, and Hulk Hogan. However, given his controversy with his leaked racist rant, as well as his issues with his back, it would be a surprise if Hogan comes back for an in-ring role.

That just leaves The Undertaker, Batista, and Goldberg, which would all be big matches, but considering how fans have been begging for it for so many years now, and time is running out for the match to happen, you would think the rumored big match for Cena at WrestleMania 34 is going to be against The Phenom.

Matches against The Animal and the WCW icon would be just as good, but this might be the last chance which WWE has to book a match between Cena and The Deadman, so they shouldn't pass up on the opportunity.

It is widely believed by many fans that The Undertaker retired from wrestling after leaving his iconic hat, coat, and gloves in the middle of the ring following his WrestleMania 33 defeat to Roman Reigns earlier this year. However, WWE never officially announced his retirement, leaving the door open for another match in the future. This match could be it.

It is expected that some angles for the top WrestleMania matches will be shot at the 25th anniversary of Raw on January 22, 2018, and it will feature appearances by The Undertaker, Kevin Nash, and Shawn Michaels, amongst others, so this could be where WWE finally sets the wheels in motion for a clash between Cena and The Undertaker at WrestleMania.
