Exeter's on-loan striker Marcus Haber has returned to West Brom following the conclusion of his month-long loan spell.

The 21-year-old, who Albion signed from Vancouver Whitecaps back in January, made three starts and two substitute appearances during his stay with the Grecians but failed to find the net.

Although, director of football Steve Perryman told City's official website: "Marcus will have learnt plenty from his month at the club. He came at a tough time for us form-wise, we weren't scoring goals and he had to play upfront on his own at times which is never easy."

Perryman added: "Adam Stansfield and Barry Corr were out so he was thrown in at the deep end and I'm sure it will have helped his development no end.

"We are very grateful to West Brom for allowing Marcus to come to us and we wish him all the best for the future."
