Hideo Itami had his fourth match on the main roster this week on 205 Live when he took on Gentleman Jack Gallagher in a singles match on the show. It was here which WWE fans witnessed the superstar a different finisher than his Go To Sleep (GTS) finisher.
The Japanese Sensation defeated The Extraordinary Gentleman by making him submit to the Rings of Saturn submission hold, rather than using his normal GTS finisher which he has been using in the WWE since his time in NXT.
Itami didn't use his normal finisher on 205 Live because the night before on Raw when he was facing The Brian Kendrick, he used the GTS finisher to finish the match, but in the process, he gave Kendrick a fractured orbital bone as well as a fractured nasal bridge.
The fact Itami is now using the Rings of Saturn as his finisher rather than the GTS indicates that WWE may no longer be allowing the GTS finisher on their shows. However, it could also reveal another big fact about WWE's future.
While he was with the WWE, the Rings of Saturn submission maneuver used to be the submission hold finisher of Neville. However, the fact The Japanese Sensation is now using the move could be an indication that the former Cruiserweight Champion's time with the company is over for good.
Back in October, it was reported that Neville had walked out on an episode of Monday Night Raw, quitting the WWE in the process, with speculation stating that he had been unhappy with them for a while.
While we haven't seen The King of the Cruiserweights in the WWE for months, it wasn't that long ago that reports emerged stating there had been positive discussions between both parties over a possible return to the company.
However, no further news on Neville has been announced, and with the fact WWE is allowing Itami to use his Rings of Saturn submission move, it could be an indication that he isn't coming back for the foreseeable future.
Being one of the most gifted superstars in the world today, WWE can't really afford to let Neville go, as he's bound to be successful and help out a rival promotion. Hopefully, he does come back, and that Itami is just using his finisher as the GTS is now deemed too dangerous to be used.
