Thibaut Courtois may have conceded a late equaliser but the Chelsea goalkeeper was still arguably the best player on the pitch against Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium on Wednesday night.The Belgium international pulled off several magnificent saves; one world-class stop, in particular, from Alexis Sanchez during the first-half left viewers amazed.He was unable to prevent Hector Bellerin scoring a dramatic equaliser in the second minute of stoppage time but no blame could be attached to the 25-year-old shot-stopper for his role in the goal.Courtois could have been forgiven if he’d stormed back to the away dressing room immediately after the final whistle.Instead, he did something incredibly classy. Something which earned him the respect of football fans across the world.

Everyone loved what Courtois did at full-time

While most of the players headed down the tunnel, Courtois went over to the Chelsea fans and spotted a young lad with a banner which read: “Courtois can I have your shirt please”.

The Chelsea superstar duly obliged and left the kid in a state of shock.

Some people on Twitter reckon the lad acted in an ungrateful manner but, to us, he was just a bit starstruck.

Courtois conceded the first goal of the match in the 63rd minute when Jack Wilshere rifled in at the near post.

However, Chelsea turned the game on its head thanks to goals from Eden Hazard and Marcos Alonso.

Then, right at the death, Bellerin popped up to earn the Gunners a previous point.

Arsene Wenger’s side currently find themselves five points behind fourth-placed Liverpool and seven behind third-placed Chelsea.
