Barnet will have veteran striker Paul Furlong back for the visit of Burton.

The 41-year-old has missed the last five games with an eye problem after he was smashed in the face by the ball from close range at Port Vale last month.

But he has been given the all-clear by Moorfields Eye Hospital and will be in Ian Hendon`s squad against the Brewers.

Centre-half Ismail Yakubu is still ruled out with a back injury which has kept him sidelined since the end of January, so Clovis Kamdjo will partner Gary Breen.

Striker Jake Hyde has a knee problem and is set to miss out as the Bees look for a first home win since February 6.

Keith Gilroy returns to contention for Burton.

The winger has been absent due to suspension but, with Jacques Maghoma still sidelined by a knee injury, will challenge Jimmy Phillips for a starting role.

Boss Paul Peschisolido faces a striker conundrum. The Canadian must decide whether to recall Steve Kabba or stick with the in-form partnership of Shaun Harrad and Greg Pearson.

Harrad is likely to keep his place after scoring his 17th goal of the season in the 2-0 win over Accrington in midweek.

Pearson also made a strong case for his inclusion with his second goal in as many games at the Crown Ground after Peschisolido decided to rest Kabba.

"From a manager's point of view, it's a good headache to have," said Peschisolido. "There's a saying that teams are only as good as their strikers and we've got three of them who are on form at the minute."
