With the deal for Philippe Coutinho all done and dusted, Barcelona's focus will now switch to offloading some of their deadwood.

The Brazilian's fee of £145m, combined with the £105m they paid for Ousmane Dembele, means they could do with some money coming in and also give their wage bill a much-needed trim.

Despite their impressive form in 2017/18 - they're still unbeaten in La Liga and in the Champions League - there are a number of players within the squad who are simply not pulling their weight.

Lionel Messi, Andres Iniesta, Sergio Busquets, Jordi Alba and Paulinho are just some of the players displaying a high level of form but elsewhere, there are some real poor performers.

Spanish publication Marca are reporting that as many as six players could depart the Nou Camp in January.

So, who are they?

1. JAVIER MASCHERANO

The Argentine defender will leave this winter due to the fact that he wants regular first-team football ahead of the World Cup.

China appears to be his preferred destination, where he will also receive a significant pay rise.

2. RAFINHA

After returning from a long injury lay-off, it seems the Brazilian will be shipped out as there is just no room in Ernesto Valverde's midfield.

Celta Vigo or the Premier League are potential destinations.

3. ARDA TURAN

The Turkish winger appears to have been in the exit door for some time now and he may finally get his wish to leave this January.

A return to his homeland looks on the cards.

4. ALEIX VIDAL

The attacking right-back just hasn't been able to break into the first-team, with Sergio Roberto and Nelson Seemed firmly ahead of him in the pecking order.

Sevilla could take a chance on him once again.

5. GERARD DEULOFEU

It was a strange signing at the time and one that really hasn't paid off. With Coutinho and Dembele now added to the attack, the former Everton man really has no chance of regular football.

Napoli and Inter Milan could be prepared to offer him a clean slate.

6. ANDRE GOMES

A high-profile signing that really hasn't worked. The Portuguese international just does not fit Barca's profile and he needs a new challenge.

He and his team are keen to force an exit as soon as possible.
