The future of Wolfsburg star Edin Dzeko looks to have taken another twist after the striker admitted he was open to offers.

Manchester United and Arsenal are now preparing to swoop for Bosnian international who looks almost certain to leave the German side this summer.

Both Premier League clubs have been linked with the 24-year-old in the past, with both managers looking to add more firepower to their strike force.

Dzeko has been in red hot form this season, scoring 21 goals in just 38 appearances, and was also a major contributor in Wolfsburg lifting the Bundesliga title last season.

However, a host of top European clubs have now been alerted to his availability after Dzeko insisting he will wait for the right offer.

Speaking to German publication Sport Bild, Dzeko has now said, “I never said that I absolutely want Italy.

“If the right offer comes in then I will say yes.”

Dzeko has been a prolific goal scorer for Wolfsburg averaging well over one goal every two games.
