Alexis Sanchez leaving Arsenal in January now looks like a foregone conclusion.

It's no secret that the Chilean is desperate to move on, with Manchester City, Manchester United and even Liverpool interested in signing him this month.

Who he will join is anyone's guess at the moment, but one thing's for sure: he won't be staying at Arsenal.

Sanchez hasn't been included in the Gunners' squad to face Bournemouth on Sunday, despite the fact he trained on Saturday and is fully fit.

John Cross has speculated that it's because Sanchez and his representatives are negotiating a move to happen in the next few days.

So the question now is: who exactly will the 29-year-old join?

City, who came agonisingly close to striking a £60 million deal for Sanchez last summer, were favourites until recently when they suspected he was "prioritising cash over glory".

United have since stolen in and are prepared to meet Arsenal's £30 million demands, not to mention offer Henrikh Mkhitaryan in a swap deal.

As for Liverpool, the Reds recently sold Philippe Coutinho for £142 million and so are looking for a world-class replacement.

Only time will tell where Sanchez ends up, but according to the Mirror, his Arsenal teammates have a pretty good idea of which club he'll be joining.

Arsenal's players think Sanchez is heading for Jose Mourinho's United and that a deal will be completed in the coming days.

The Chile international is being offered £400,000-per-week wages to snub City and move to the Red half of Manchester instead.

Even Arsene Wenger has come to terms with Sanchez wanting to leave, with the Frenchman admitting on Saturday that he won't be signing a new deal.

"It looks like Sanchez will not extend his contract," said Wenger, "but we want to keep Jack [Wilshere] and if we have an opportunity maybe to keep [Mesut] Ozil."
