British boxing is set for a big 2018.Amir Khan, Tyson Fury and Kell Brook are all returning to the ring, while Anthony Joshua faces another huge test when he meets Joseph Parker on March 31.It is the first heavyweight unification fight ever on British soil, with Joshua's unbeaten record certainly under threat from the impressive Kiwi fighter. The pair were involved in their first press conference on Tuesday and there were some interesting quotes."Three times I've been hurt or stopped," Joshua said. "What I have learned from those adversities and storms, it will take more than any human to stop me from this journey."

"It's an exciting time to be a heavyweight," said Parker. "I've watched [Joshua] for a long time. I know his strengths, he knows mine. I know his weaknesses and he thinks he knows my weaknesses.

"Hopefully I will catch him on the chin and knock him out."

Some interesting predictions from the men themselves and former British champion Lennox Lewis has tweeted what he feels about the big fight.

Safe to say, he believes Parker has a mountain to climb.

TWEET: LEWIS GIVES HIS PRE-FIGHT VERDICT

He's nailed it right there.

Joshua will arrive in the ring as the overwhelming favourite, but Parker's power and ability will certainly give him a chance, particularly in the later rounds - if he makes it there that is.

TYSON FURY TRYING TO INVOLVE HIMSELF

The Gypsy King was itching to fight Joshua as soon as possible and it seems as if he is trying to involve himself in the bout as much as he can.

There are reports that he will accompany Parker on his walk to the ring and he also predicts the Kiwi to pull off a massive upset.

"If I'm honest I fancy Parker, and that's being gospel," Fury told the Pound for Pound podcast.

"He's young and ambitious, he's got fast hands, he hits hard and he fights excellent against opponents who stand still and don't move."

He might have a point, as does Lewis. The beauty of opinion in sport.
