There’s an interesting battle brewing between Leroy Sane and Kyle Walker at Manchester City. And it’s all to do with who’s quicker. The debate started when Walker realised that his 90 pace rating on FIFA 18 is lower than Sane’s rating for the same attribute, which is 94.“I am definitely quicker than him,” Walker said. “Let’s have a 100 metre sprint for charity. I guarantee I will win.”We’re not too sure about that, Kyle.In October, Sane became the Premier League’s fastest ever player when he clocked a top speed of 35.48 kilometres per hour (22.05 mph)The German surpassed the previous record set by Leicester City’s Jamie Vardy.

Sane enjoys teasing Walker

And Sane enjoys teasing Walker when it comes to their speed.

“Kyle Walker wants to be [the speed demon], Sane said last year.

“Raheem [Sterling] and I bully him sometimes, saying I am quicker or Raheem is quicker.”

De Bruyne knows who would win 100m race

We’re still yet to see the pair race but Kevin De Bruyne has given us an idea of who would come out on top.

De Bruyne sided with Sane when asked who would win in a 100m race between the German winger and Walker, although he admitted it would be close.

“In a 100m race it would be between Leroy and Kyle,” the Belgian midfielder said.

“I would say Leroy, but it would be a tight one.”

Walker has challenged Sane to a race

It seems that we will eventually get to witness a race between the two speedsters.

Sane recently posted a poll on Instagram after his followers who was the fastest between himself and the right-back, to which Walker responded with a challenge.

“Leroy, I’ve seen your poll on Instagram and I’m challenging you now to a race,” Walker said.

“All the money will go to charity, fact!”

Football fans would very much be done to see that.

When Walker met Dembele

Walker is no slouch but he was made to look rather ordinary by Ousmane Dembele in an England friendly against France last year.

The clip of Dembele outpacing Walker has attracted more than 200,000 views on YouTube. It’s genuinely hard not to wonder whether the video has been sped up.

So Walker knows what it feels like, and he won’t be willing to let Sane do the same thing.
