If you haven't been able to tell, today is the NBA trade deadline. While many expected the day to pass by with little fanfare, it has certainly not gone that way. Instead of consolidating what they had and attempting to improve team harmony from within ahead of a Playoff run, the Cleveland Cavaliers and their new general manager Koby Altman have instead decided to try and completely overhaul their entire roster. With the deadline still not reached, the Cavs have made three big deals with other teams across the NBA. And it sees them with nearly a whole new look team. Check out the details below...

Trade 1

To kick off proceedings, Adrian Wojnarowski - ESPN's Senior NBA Insider - tweeted out that the Cavaliers were trying to make a deal for Kemba Walker, but that they were struggling to make progress.

So instead of Charlotte, they turned their attention to LA and the Lakers. The Cavaliers have reportedly picked up both Larry Nance and Jordan Clarkson, with Isaiah Thomas, Channing Frye and their 1st round pick going in the opposite direction.

To clarify, that is the Cavaliers first-round pick - not the Nets' first - which is much more valuable. Oh, and bye bye Isaiah Thomas. That Kyrie trade is looking worse by the minute.

Trade 2

Onto deal number 2, which is a three-way deal involving the Sacramento Kings and Utah Jazz.

According to Woj, the Cavs have traded Derrick Rose, Jae Crowder, and Iman Shumpert in a deal that will send Joe Johnson to the Kings and Rodney Hood and George Hill to Cleveland. Crowder and Rose will go to Utah while Shumpert will go to Sacramento.

The Cavs get Hill and Hood. The Kings get Shumpert and Johnson. The Jazz get Crowder and Rose.

Trade 3

This was the icing on the proverbial trade cake. Dwyane Wade, who LeBron had been wanting in Cleveland ever since he got there, has been let go.

The Heat legend is returning to Miami in what is essentially a salary dump, with the Cavs receiving a second-round pick that appears to be so heavily protected that they will likely never see it. Poor Dwyane.

That is all we have so far. The Cavaliers have been busy and they have a new look team. We wait to see if there are any more shenanigans this evening.
