The north London derby is usually a fixture filled with goals, but on Saturday, viewers were treated to just one, a glorious header from the man of the moment Harry Kane.

His 32nd goal of the season earned Tottenham a well-deserved 1-0 victory over Arsenal and in truth, it could have been four or five in the second half.

Arsene Wenger's side were simply not at the races, despite the fact they defended reasonably well in the first-half, creating very few chances and showing little ability to control the tempo.

The man heavily criticised in the loss was January signing Henrikh Mkhitaryan, who showed a worrying reminder of why Jose Mourinho was keen to offload him.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang was also very quiet, while Mesut Ozil also didn't see as much of the ball as he would have liked.

However, the German did play a pivotal role in Arsenal staying in the game for as long as they did and it was proven in a tactical analysis by YouTube's Nouman.

In the video, he constantly looks at how Ozil performed his defensive tasks perfectly, but was often let down by lapses in concentration from Mkhitaryan and Granit Xhaka.

Ozil was regularly seen pressing and harrying the impressive Mousa Dembele, keeping his shape in the process, while Mkhitaryan on the other wing looked disinterested, letting Kieran Trippier stroll past him at will, exposing Nacho Monreal in the process.

For Spurs' goal, Ozil again done his job by pressing Dembele on the ball, but the fact Xhaka was out of position allowed his pass to find Ben Davies unmarked, with the Welshman then delivering a perfect cross for Kane to nod home.

Even later in the game when Arsenal were chasing an equaliser, Ozil was left frustrated by the midfield trio of Xhaka, Jack Wilshere and Mohamed Elneny sitting too deep, allowing Dembele and Dier to thwart the German playmaker's influence with ease.

Ozil is often made the scapegoat in games like this and in times gone by, he didn't exactly help himself.

However, on Saturday, the midfielder was one of the few Arsenal players that stuck to his task.
