Whatever you make of Neymar's move from Barcelona to Paris Saint-Germain last summer, his performances in Ligue 1 this season prove what a special player he is.

Buoyed by the Brazilian's arrival roughly six months ago, PSG have reasserted their dominance in Ligue 1 and look set to run away with the title.

Prior to today's game vs Strasbourg, they held a comfortable nine point gap over nearest challengers Monaco, and had the opportunity to extend that to 12 with a win.

However, early proceedings suggested an upset could have been on the cards, with Strasbourg taking a shock lead after just six minutes.

But the league leaders were unfazed by the early set-back as they restored parity just four minutes later through Julian Draxler, and further goals from Neymar and Angel Di Maria gave them a 3-1 lead at half-time.

Strasbourg fought back after the break and made it interesting with 23 minutes to go as Stephane Bahoken found the net, but a six minute brace from Edinson Cavani ensured PSG would emerge victorious by a 5-2 scoreline.

NEYMAR PRODUCES UNBELIEVABLE SKILL... AGAIN

Neymar has dazzled France's top tier throughout the season, and it seems game by game he produces something which shocks viewers.

And he was at his imperious best once again against Strasbourg, ending the game with a goal and an assist to his name.

But one moment in the game stood out from the rest, where Neymar proved once again just how easy he is finding it in Ligue 1.

Watch the moment here:

With PSG 5-2 up and the game all but done and dusted, the Brazilian produced an extraordinary run and through ball that left football fans in sheer amazement.

Picking up the ball in his own half, Neymar ran rings around a plethora of opposition players, who struggled to take the ball way from him.

With his back towards his own goal, the 26-year-old turned sharply with a smart piece of skill, before skipping in between bewildered Strasbourg players as he drove into enemy territory.

He then capped off the extraordinary run by playing a no-look through ball which completely split open the opposition defence.

Absolutely astonishing. That's another one to add to the highlight reel.
