Manchester United bounced back from the surprising loss at Newcastle last weekend by beating Huddersfield Town to reach the FA Cup quarter-finals.

Romelu Lukaku scored twice in a comfortable 2-0 win and, having taken his tally for the season to 21 goals, the Belgian will deservedly grab the headlines.

However, the attacking players around him put in much-improved performances, with both Juan Mata and January signing Alexis Sanchez recording assists.

Anthony Martial started the game on the bench, and although his introduction came late into the match, he still had enough time to produce a quite magical run and piece of skill.

Magical Martial at it again

Jose Mourinho substituted Martial on for Alexis in the 75th-minute at Huddersfield, and in the dying embers of the cup tie, the 22-year-old did something brilliant.

With the ball at his feet near the half-way line, Martial showed a great turn of pace to accelerate past Tommy Smith, a substitute himself, and keep the ball in play.

As shown below, the Frenchman toyed with Smith once more using his deadly, quick feet before pulling off a naughty piece of trickery.

As you can see again here, Martial managed to drag the ball behind Danny Williams, maintain his balance and roll it past him using his right foot - all in the same motion.

Man Utd fans react to Martial's skill

Man United supporters were in awe of the forward's run and skill against Huddersfield, and plenty of them took to Twitter to express just how good they thought it was.

Here is some of the best reaction:

Man Utd learned that they will play Brighton & Hove Albion in the next round, a repeat of the 1983 final, but all attention now turns to the midweek trip to Sevilla.

Having scored 11 goals so far this season, Martial will be hoping that Mourinho recalls him to the starting XI for Wednesday's Champions League Round of 16 first-leg tie.
